Towelroot一键root工具是由XDA大神Geohot打造。此ROOT工具的ROOT方式与常规Root方案有所不同，该工具是利用某个漏洞来实现设备Root的。理论上支持4.4.2及以下ROM的ROOT。
Towelroot是由著名黑客Geohot推出的一款Android设备Root工具。该工具将可支持几乎所有的Android设备，理论上，2014年6月3日以前出厂的Android设备都可被Root。根国外网友报告，对于部分需要事先解锁才能Root成功的设备，该工具甚至可以越过解锁环节直接一键Root，堪称神器。
另外，此软件只负责ROOT的部分，ROOT完成后的授权管理工具还需要自行安装！
